I was so sad to hear of Charlene's passing. So many of us - in the IC Global community and beyond - will miss her joy, humour and dedication. She was instrumental in keeping us all going during the isolation of lockdown, and her contribution to our HE sector - in all her roles over the years - leaves an enduring legacy. I know the IC Team will continue to keep her values and her cheerful and supportive approach alive. Wishing every strength to Charlene's family and friends.
