I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear about the death of Charlene. I had to opportunity to know Charlene and work with her. Charlene was a wonderful human being and a well respected colleagues in the UKHE. She was always supportive and helpful to colleagues and friends. Charlene's death is an incredible loss to the sector and colleagues. I want to convey my deepest condolences to Charlene's family members and close friends. Life is a precious blessing and as it is shared by dearest Charlene, she will remain in our hearts forever. In our sadness, we are lifted up by the extraordinary gift of Charlene's life. I want to let her family members and close friends know that they are all in our thoughts and prayers for their renewal and healing.
